Formats and manufacturing of our organic feeds
Our varieties of organic feeds are available in three formats: pellet, flakes and flour.
Pellets are manufactured by cold pressing all the components already mixed and ground. Regardless of the advantages of the storage and distribution of this format, the cold pressing makes that the organic pellet feed maintains all its nutritional properties. No binder is used for the process, we simply use the materials that make up each of our high pressure pressed feeds. Another benefit of this feed format is that the release of nutrients, once ingested by the animal, occurs in a more regular and balanced way because they are decomposed more slowly and from the outside in.
Flake format carries out the same production process as pellets, with the addition of a final process in its manufacturing which consists of deconstructing the pellet by ‘crushing’ it, thus obtaining smaller fractions (flakes) of feed. Regarding the nutritional benefits, they remain the same as those of the pellet.
The flour manufacturing process only consists of grinding and mixing the materials that make up the organic feed.

Organic Feeds
Organic feed for chickens aged 0-21 days and from 21 days old.
94% of our feeds are made of farming raw materials (barley, peas, corn, soy, and wheat).
Organic feed for hens with 17.50% of protein.
Their composition: more than 91% of farming raw materials (barley, peas, sunflower, corn, and soy).
Organic feed for hens with 19% of protein.
They are made of more than 86% of farming raw materials (barley, sunflower, peas, corn, wheat, and soy).
Organic feed for goats and sheep, made of a mix of flaked and pre-cleaned cereals which facilitates their digestion, for producing milk.
Organic feed for lambs, made of a mix of flaked and pre-cleaned cereals which facilitates the digestion of ruminant livestock, for fattening lambs.
The range of ECO organic feed for calves is a feed supplement for calves. There are two types: growing-fattening from 90 kg to 150/200 kg, and finishing-fattening for calves from 150/200 kg.
Organic feed for pigs and piglets, it's a complete feed for different stages such as growing, fattening or reproduction.
Organic feed for high performance and maintenance horses, created and formulated for horses that take part in competitions.

Organic feed for snails. Complete and specific feed for fattening snails of all ages. Complete and balanced food.
Organic feed for bees is intended to complement food in case of shortage or whenever the beekeeper wants.
Organic feed for high-performance Arabian camels which make significant efforts for an extended period.
We manufacture, package and distribute from our Processing Plant.
